MT5 PC Screen Layout

This is a guide on how to set up the MT5 PC screen layout.

1. Click [View] in the top-left corner.

2. Under [Toolbars], click [Standard], [Line Studies], and [Timeframes] to enable all three.

3. [Toolbars]
   Standard = Add instruments / arrange charts
   Line Studies = Add trendlines
   Timeframes = Set chart timeframes

4. [View – Status Bar, Chart Bar]
   Status Bar = View network status
   Chart Bar = Manage and switch between charts

5. [View – Market Watch]
   Market Watch = Click [+ Click to add] and search by ticker to add instruments.

6. Right-click the instrument, then click [Specification].

7. You can check details such as:
   Trading Hours (Server Time)
   Required Margin (Per 1 Lot)
   Trading Commission (Per 1 Lot)

8. [View – Navigator]
   Accounts = View information for the account you are logged in to
   Indicators = Add technical indicators

9. [View – Toolbox]
   Trade = View balance, equity, and margin level
   History = View trading history
