Account Registration Guide (Mobile)

Your account can be registered with just a few simple details.
Please follow the steps below in order!

Please visit the official Hantech Market website.
Click the [Open Account] button located on the left side or in the center of the homepage.
※ If your screen exits during the registration process, please log back into the Hantech portal and start the sign-up again.

📌 Step 1, please proceed as follows to open your account
Enter your English name and an email address that can receive emails.
(※ If you prefer using your English name, please enter it at this stage.)
Select Korea, Republic of as your country.
Enter your mobile phone number accurately.
Set your password to be at least 8 characters long, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
After filling in all fields, click the [Start Application] button at the bottom.

📌 Step 2, please enter the additional information in the order below.
Double-check that the information you entered on the previous page is correct.
Then, enter your date of birth exactly as shown on your ID.
Next, enter the current address exactly as indicated on your ID.
Once all fields are filled in correctly, click the [Next] button at the bottom.

📌 Step 3, this is the stage to enter your employment and financial information. Please select each item in order.
Employment status
Source of funds
(※ Selecting loans or credit may limit your ability to sign up.)
Net assets
Annual income
Years of trading experience
After selecting all items without omission, click the [Next] button at the bottom.

📌 Step 4, please proceed with selecting your trading platform and account type.
Select the platform you will use (MT4 or MT5).
Then, select your desired account type.
GLOBAL Account - Wider spreads but lower fixed commissions compared to PRO.
PRO Account - No spread or very tight spreads, but has fixed commissions.
Set the account currency to USD (US Dollar).
Select your leverage ratio.
After selecting all items, check the agreement checkbox.
Finally, click the [Next] button at the bottom.

📌 Step 5, please verify your email information.
Click the “Complete Your Application” link at the bottom of the email you received to log in to the customer page.

📌 Step 5, please complete your email verification.
In the logged-in customer area, click “Send OTP.”
A verification code will be immediately sent to your email. [Check spam or promotions folder too]

📌 Step 6, please upload your ID for identity verification.
You can make deposits and trades before ID verification.
However, you must complete ID verification before requesting a withdrawal.
For ID verification, submit one of the following along with proof of identity: driver’s license, resident registration card, or passport.
The document you submit must be in color and include your name, date of birth, and photo.
Check “I agree to the processing of my personal data,” then click the ‘Continue’ button.
※ If a document that can be used for both ID and address verification was used during ID verification, you do not need to upload it again for address verification.

📌 Step 6, please select and upload your ID information.
Select the country on your ID and the type of ID, then click “Continue.”
All documents you submit must include both the front and back sides.
(e.g., front and back of a driver’s license, entire resident registration card, etc.)
On the next ID information confirmation page, double-check that the information you entered is correct, then click “Continue” to proceed.
※ If you used a document valid for both ID and address verification during ID verification, you do not need to upload it again for address verification.

📌 Step 6, your registration is complete.
Approval is usually completed within 1 hour, but depending on the case, it may take up to a day.
You can freely deposit and trade even before ID verification.
However, please note that withdrawals are only possible after completing ID verification.
※ Once KYC approval is complete, it will show as “Approved” on your customer portal. (This is based on the PC version; on mobile, you may need to switch to the PC version.)
An alert will also be sent to your email.
※ If you used a document valid for both ID and address verification during ID verification, you do not need to upload it again for address verification.
※ If your ID is not automatically verified after a certain period following the upload, please contact customer support.
