Deposits are usually reflected instantly or within 10 minutes automatically.
However, delays may occur in the following cases:
- Bank maintenance hours
- Mismatch between depositor’s name and account holder’s name

Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after security verification.

📌 Withdrawals are only possible to accounts under your own name. If the account has no prior deposit history, withdrawals may be delayed.
3. What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 (or the equivalent in KRW).
4. I made a deposit, but it hasn’t been reflected in my account yet.
If more than 10 minutes have passed after depositing, please check the following:
- Whether the depositor’s name matches the registered account holder’s name
- The bank name and deposit time
- The exact deposit amount

6. If I deposit in KRW, is it automatically converted to USD?
Yes, KRW deposits are automatically converted to USD and reflected in your trading account.
The applied rate is based on the internal exchange rate at the time of deposit, and the final credited amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
7. What happens if the depositor’s name is different?
If the depositor’s name does not match the registered account holder, the deposit will be put on hold and not processed automatically.

- Depositor’s name
- Date and time of deposit
- Deposit amount
8. I transferred funds, but they are not reflected in my trading account.
If your transfer is not reflected immediately, please check the following:
- Whether the transfer amount meets the minimum transfer requirement
- Accuracy of the sending and receiving account information

9. Where can I check my deposit and withdrawal history?
You can check this in the [Wallet & Balance] → [Transaction History] menu.

10. Why was my withdrawal request rejected?
Withdrawals may be rejected for the following reasons:
- The withdrawal account is not under your own name
- Insufficient available balance
- Withdrawal information mismatch
