This is a guide for using NACE to withdraw Tether (USDT) and other cryptocurrencies.
※ To avoid affecting your trades, withdrawals can only be made from the Wallet (Hantec Markets Wallet).
Therefore, before requesting a withdrawal, please make sure to first perform an internal transfer from your trading account to your Wallet (Hantec Markets Wallet).
🔐 Important notes when requesting a withdrawal
When making your first withdrawal request or requesting a new crypto wallet address, a verification email will be sent to your registered email address for security.
Please reply to that email with the following documents attached:
The crypto wallet address you will use
The ID document you previously used for KYC
Once the verification is complete, for enhanced security, please delete the verified email from your ‘Sent Mail’ folder.
(※ Keeping it may risk personal data leaks or security incidents.)

This is the first step for a quick and secure NACE crypto withdrawal.
Click [Wallet & Balance] from the left menu.
→ You need to perform an internal transfer first to withdraw funds.
Select [Manage Funds], enter the amount to transfer from your trading account to your Hantec Wallet, then click [Transfer Funds].
※ Withdrawals can only be made from the Wallet (Hantec Markets Wallet) to avoid affecting your trades, so please make sure to complete the internal transfer before requesting a withdrawal.
Go to [Wallet & Balance] on the left menu → Click [Withdraw Funds]
Select [NACE] Withdrawal as the withdrawal method.

First, enter the withdrawal amount (in USD). The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 USD.
Enter the crypto wallet address where you will receive the funds.
Select the cryptocurrency you used for the deposit.
※ Be sure to verify the wallet address before submitting your withdrawal request.

Example 2. How to withdraw BTC Bitcoin
First, enter the withdrawal amount (in USD). The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 USD.
Enter the crypto wallet address where you will receive the funds.

※ Be sure to verify the wallet address before submitting your withdrawal request.
5. After entering the withdrawal amount, cryptocurrency withdrawal address, and cryptocurrency to withdraw,
click the [Withdraw Funds] button.
※ Always transfer only to the issued wallet address after applying for the withdrawal.
※ Once the withdrawal is complete, please close the page.
※ It takes about 1 to 5 hours for the funds to be deposited after the withdrawal is complete.
